1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" refers to the asg55 website, mobile applications, and all associated services accessible at asg55.cam and related domains.
• "User," "You," or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "asg55" refers to the operator of the Platform and provider of gaming services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or other promotional offering provided by asg55.
• "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from your personal bank account or e-wallet to your asg55 Account.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from your asg55 Account to your personal bank account or e-wallet.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create an Account and use the Platform, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

asg55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued ID card (KTP), passport, or driver's license, to confirm your age and identity. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration Process

When registering an Account, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Create a unique username and secure password that you have not used on other platforms.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Not register an Account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
• Not use false information, fake documents, or misrepresent your identity in any way.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

asg55 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit verification documents before making your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Required documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)
• Bank account verification documents
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document

Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any other Account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Ensuring your contact information (email address, phone number, residential address) remains current and accurate.
• Immediately notifying asg55 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public computers.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

asg55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You have multiple accounts or attempt to circumvent Account closure.
• You collude with other players or engage in bonus abuse.
• You exhibit signs of problem gambling and refuse assistance.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory directive.

Upon Account closure for violation of these terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited, and we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

asg55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank processing times may vary. asg55 does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and potential Account closure.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following procedures:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, or an alternative method registered in your name.
• You must complete Account verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000; maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50,000,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB on business days).
• First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours for security verification.
• You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

asg55 does not charge withdrawal fees for up to 3 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals may incur a processing fee of 2% or Rp 25,000, whichever is greater.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

asg55 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. We reserve the right to:

• Request source of funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns.
• Report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Freeze accounts pending investigation of potential money laundering activity.
• Refuse deposits or withdrawals that do not meet our AML standards.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by asg55 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. General bonus terms include:

• Using betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes.
• Depositing and immediately withdrawing to trigger bonuses without genuine play.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and the Account may be permanently closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

When placing bets or playing games on asg55:

• You must have sufficient funds in your Account to cover the bet or wager.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• All bets are subject to the rules of the specific game or sport as outlined in the game information.
• Decisions regarding bet settlement are made by asg55 and are final.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules, and any winnings will be credited to your Account.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola), mix parlay accumulators, and other markets:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• Postponed or cancelled events will be voided unless otherwise stated in specific market rules.
• Live in-play betting is subject to delays due to streaming and data transmission; odds may change between the time you place a bet and when it is confirmed.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Prohibited Activities

• Use bots, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or play games.
• Collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain.
• Hack, damage, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or asg55 staff.
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds, and we will report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Platform or your Account:

1. Contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp with full details of your complaint.
2. We will investigate your complaint and respond within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the complaint to our management team.
4. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes amicably and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal procedures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.

11. Amendments to Terms
